A fine and refreshing sparkling wine made from hand-picked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes have been whole-bunch pressed and processed using traditional bottle-fermentation methods. With five years on the lees, this wine is pale lemon in colour with a fine and persistent bead, delicate creamy palate and long clean finish.
